Spooky Pumpkin Ale

Between our work days, we found some time to sample the pumpkin ales again!  The two beers are...drumroll...Dogfish Pumkin Ale and Cisco Brewery Pumple Drumkin.  Weird name on the second huh?  Dogfish holds a special place in our hearts after winning year 1 as the Pumpkin ale that was better than the rest.  Because of our personalities to stick with what we know first, we went with that to start off the night.

So guess what?  New label!!  Wow, that's fancy.  Looks pretty sweet, but does it taste the same?  Yes, yes it does.  It tastes very good.  We like it......no color, blah blah blahs (and it was good).

So next, after we ran out of the 4 pack Dogfish, we moved into Cisco Brewery's Pumple Drumkin.  Not so good.  It is pretty sweet and doesn't taste as good as the Dogfish.  Luckily, we have a 12 pack that we have to finish (6 pack was 10 bucks and 12 pack was 17), so hopefully it will grow on us (me).
